I observe with sight, within noises, scents, and intuition.
I ask a lot of questions to others and myself while sitting with the unknown.
I do my best thinking in the in-between, when things are messy, unformed, and imperfect.
I keep obsessing about why people do what they do. Some call it overthinking. I call it my superpower.

The coursework of CUA by Human Factors International gave me a strong grounding in usability principles and a structured way to evaluate design decisions based on human cognition and behavior.
My Design Research Philosophy
Emotions matter. So does context.
Human behavior isn’t static. It shifts depending on goals, surroundings, cultures, constraints, and even moods. My research approach respects that complexity instead of flattening it.
User needs and business goals aren’t enemies.
You can honor people’s lived experiences and still move a product forward. I make space for both. My recommendations are grounded in empathy, and ideated through strategy
Design should not be narrow-sighted.
As a researcher, I advocate for responsible design: solutions that are inclusive, accessible, and aware of the unintended harm they might cause. I believe in asking both “Can we build this?” as well as “Should we?”
